How information supplied through these forms is handled.

This notice applies to the active EURISS admissions and enquiry service.

Who handles your information

The service is operated by EURISS within the European Higher Education Quality Council (EHEQC) association. Privacy contact: info@euriss.eu.

What the forms collect

The application form collects your name, email, country, chosen subject and pathway, highest qualification, entry route and any study goals you choose to provide. The enquiry form collects your name, email, chosen school, subject and question.

These forms do not request identity documents, medical information, payment details or file uploads. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text fields.

Why the information is used

Application information is used to review and respond to a request for admission. Enquiry information is used to answer the question submitted. A form acknowledgement is not an admission offer. The forms do not enrol you in marketing messages.

Submissions are stored in the protected admissions database and can be accessed by authorised staff. The service queues a team notification and an acknowledgement to the email address supplied.

Retention

The configured retention period for admissions and enquiry records is 365 days.

Your questions and requests

For questions about your record or requests to access, correct or delete your information, contact info@euriss.eu. Requests are considered subject to applicable retention obligations.
