About · Hospitality & Tourism

Explore service, hospitality operations and the relationship between people and place.

The School of Hospitality & Tourism considers the work behind hospitality experiences. Its proposed academic direction connects an understanding of guests and service with the organisation of operations, teams and resources. Study also creates room to examine the wider cultural and environmental context in which hospitality and tourism take place.
